30-day returns
Return unworn shoes in their original box within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund to your original payment method. "Unworn" means indoor try-on only — clean soles, no creasing, original packaging.
Free returns in store
Bring any online order back to Shoe Center, 710 Hwy 17 S, Suite 1, North Myrtle Beach, SC — no label, no shipping cost, no hassle. While you're here, we'll help you find the pair that fits. That's been the job since 1978.
Returns by mail
Can't make it to the store? Email shoecenternmb@gmail.com or call (843) 272-6515 and we'll set up your return. Return shipping for mailed returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in that case, it's on us, full stop.
Exchanges
Need a different size or width? The fastest option is a quick visit or phone call — we'll check stock on the spot and hold your size. Mail exchanges work too: we ship the replacement pair free once your return is on its way.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
