We want you in the right pair. If something is not right, we will help you find a better option.

14-day store credit

Return unworn merchandise in its original box within 14 days of delivery or pickup to receive store credit. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. “Unworn” means indoor try-on only, with clean soles, no creasing, and original packaging.

Returns in store

Bring your online order to Shoe Center, 710 Hwy 17 S, Suite I, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. We can help you use your store credit toward another size or style, subject to current availability.

Returns by mail

Cannot make it to the store? Email shoecenternmb@gmail.com or call (843) 272-6515 before mailing your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Store credit timing

After we receive and inspect the return, store credit is usually issued within 3–5 business days.
