RETURNS

ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and REPLACEMENTS require a photo of the upper and sole of the shoe sent to shoecenterinfo@gmail.com, along with photo of your receipt and written explanation for the return. Returns, exchanges, and replacement are accepted if the shoe is in new condition (not worn even ONCE), and in original packaging. The original packaging must be placed inside a shipping box and secured properly to ship back to

Returns are only valid WITHIN 14 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND if you ordered the wrong shoe, the shoe doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind on the purchase. In all these cases you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you ordered the wrong shoe, the shoe doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind regarding the purchase AFTER 14 days of delivery and up to 30 days a STORE CREDIT will be issued and is valid through the end of the calendar year. After 30 days shoes are not returnable.

SALE SHOES are not returnable.

You may receive a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT if the return is a result of an error. For example, you received a size you did not order, or the product is defective. In these cases, we will pay the return shipping. Once we receive the return shoes, please allow up to one week for processing. In some instances, REPLACEMENTS may not be available, and a full refund will be made. If that is the case, we will notify you immediately.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 states).  The first pair of shoes will ship for the standard rate of $12.95 and each additional pair adds a flat rate of $4.95. Shoes that are exchanged will be based on the same shipping charge as stated above. UPS STANDARD SHIPPING will be delivered in 3 – 10 business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends and holidays. UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Box. Please enter a street address. USPS (postal service/priority mail) shipping is generally 3 days or less depending on the state. We determine which shipping to use depending on shipping destination and service in that area. Most rural addresses may be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS).

TAX RATE
All sales are processed through our North Myrtle Beach, SC, retail store and incur an 8% tax rate.

In-Store Pick Up
Upon request, paid orders can be held for customer pick-up at Shoe Center in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability at the time of your order since our stock changes daily. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via our online message system/email and provide a re-stock date or recommend a similar product. Some of our dance shoes are made to order and can require 6 – 8 weeks for production time.​ You may elect to cancel your order if stock is not available.
